February Wrap-up And March TBR

IMG_6305.jpg

Hey, guys! Is it possible that we are already at the end of February?! It’s passing way too fast and I’ve been way too busy. How was your month?

I was supposed to read so much more! I’ve been having too much work to do now and I have been missing some reading time. Hopefully, it will get better but until April it will be a bit like this. So I will have to reduce my posts in the blog that have been 3 to 4 per month to 2. I will post reviews and tags both Tuesdays and Fridays. Hope you understand and keep visiting it anyways when I post!

I will stop rambling now, and let’s see what I read during this month!

So, this month I read:

  1. Rebel of the Sands – Alwyn Hamilton – ★★★★☆
  2. Traitor to the Throne – Alwyn Hamilton – ★★★½☆☆
  3. Wintersong – S. Jae-Jones – ★★★★½
  4. Moranifesto – Caitlin Moran – ★★★★½
  5. The Fearless Travelers’ Guide to Wicked Places – Pete Begler – ★★★★☆
  6. The Pain Eater – Beth Goobie – ★★★★★
  7. Blue Exorcist Vol.2 – Kazue Kato – ★★★★☆

This month I read 7 books. Two of them being ARCs and other 2 being new releases. So overall I can’t say it wasn’t a good month because there are some books here that are amazing, let’s just say that it didn’t go as I hoped it would.

My favorite books are Wintersong and The Pain Eater. And I love fantasy and fairy tales. And Wintersong was the most magical and beautiful fairy tale-ish book ever. I loved everything about it! Cover, writing, plot, characters… You name it.The Pain Eater was an amazing realistic contemporary. It was extremely strong emotionally, but utterly beautiful!

And after that, I will probably put MoranifestoBecause it really surprised me how much I liked it. I normally don’t read non-fiction, so this was actually an awesome experience! Definitely, need to get the author’s other books!

really enjoyed Traitor to the Throne and I am excited to see how it will end. Also, I am continuing with the Blue Exorcist manga and really liking it so far.

I started one more book but I didn’t manage to end it in time.

I feel that every TBR I say the same thing… “This time I really hope I will follow my list! I am pretty sure that will happen! … Really!” and it never happens. Will it be this month?

My TBR for March is:

And that’s it. Some were in my previous TBR, others I got recently and decided to start. I am finally starting TMI guys! I’ve seen that mainly people really liked it, but I am a bit worried if it’s not so much for my age… Let’s see.

Plus I really want to read Everything Everything, in the beginning of Spring. Just because the cover really calls for that moment. And I really enjoyed The Sun is Also a Star by the same author.

Hope you like my picks and tell me in the comments what books do you intend to read this month!
