The theme for December’s FairyLoot box was Oh So Regal. If you haven’t checked them out yet, FairyLoot is an amazing YA bookish subscription box. This was a box I was really excited for because I already wanted this book, and I love funkos and I don’t have many Disney ones.
If you wanna check out what this box included, just keep reading! I will share some photos of the items and my thoughts on them.
Oh So Regal! – December 2017
So this is all the box included. Now for each item…
This box comes with one book that was supposed to be only released in January as well as a letter from the author and a signed bookplate!
The book’s name is Everless by Sara Holland and here’s the synopsis:
Time is a prison. She is the key. Packed with danger, temptation and desire – a perfect read for fans of The Red Queen.
In the land of Sempera, the rich control everything – even time. Ever since the age of alchemy and sorcery, hours, days and years have been extracted from blood and bound to iron coins. The rich live for centuries; the poor bleed themselves dry.
Jules and her father are behind on their rent and low on hours. To stop him from draining himself to clear their debts, Jules takes a job at Everless, the grand estate of the cruel Gerling family.
There, Jules encounters danger and temptation in the guise of the Gerling heir, Roan, who is soon to be married. But the web of secrets at Everless stretches beyond her desire, and the truths Jules must uncover will change her life for ever … and possibly the future of time itself.
As for the other items…
The first item that I’m super excited to talk about is the funko! It’s a full-sized Funko Pop and they were all Disney Regal characters. You could get 6 different ones: Simba, Rapunzel, Pocahontas, Ariel, Jasmine or Tiana. They were all the original ones that came out and my favorites of those were for sure Pocahontas and Tiana, so I am super happy I got one of the ones I wanted and didn’t have it yet!
Another very exciting item in this box was an exclusive Virtuous & Fair Zip Pouch designed by Miss Phi! It’s so incredibly beautiful! It has a quote from No Fear by William Shakespeare and the colors are stunning! The inside is all purple which I really liked too.
We also got an extra sample chapter for Rosemarked by Livia Blackburne which I’d never heard of, and a SUPER cute exclusive powerful notebook designed by Stella’s Bookish Art with a quote from Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard that says “To look powerful is to be powerful.” I really liked it!
We also received an exclusive Prince Candle from A Court of Candles. There were four you could get: Prince Aladdin from Aladdin (which I would have loved), Prince Charming from Cinderella, Prince Adam from Beauty and the Beast (which is one I definitely wanted and got – plus it smells of sandalwood which is one of my favorite smells) and Prince Eric from The Little Mermaid.
And lastly but not least, an amazing and exclusive Books Rule enamel keychain designed by Fiction Tea Designs! It’s super pretty and the colors are stunning! It’s my first bookish keychain and I couldn’t be happier!
You can also see in my next photo a bookmark for War Storm by Victoria Aveyard which was an extra.
Here is another photo of all of it together!
I was so happy with this box! It was so pretty and it had some things I never had which are a keychain and a pouch! It was an amazing box and I can’t wait for my next one! Plus I was so happy that this came just before Christmas!!
The next month’s theme will be…
Talk Faerie To Me
I’m super excited about it! Mainly because I’m pretty sure what the book will be and I really wanted it! But also because I love the ACOTAR series! For more information on that box, you can check the Instagram post here. They are already sold out, but they always have some left at the beginning of the month. If you missed them, make sure you always hurry and get one on day 3 of each month!!
Hope you guys enjoyed this unboxing, they are always super fun to make because I love editing and taking photos, and I love showing what’s inside these amazing boxes!
