April Wrap-up and May TBR

wrapupandtbr

Hey guys!!

I can’t believe we already ended April! It’s passing so fast! Did you guys have a good month? What have you been reading?

This month I had quite a bit to do. I had some tests, a lot to study and I ended up changing my month a bit. I’ve been reading quite a bit of fantasy and some heavy books, so I decided that for this month and especially the next, I will try to make it a bit lighter.

I’ve read only 10 books, 3 of them being very tiny… But I did start 2 others so… Hopefully, next month will be better since I end my test at the beginning of the month!

Strange the Dreamer which is probably the most amazing fantasy book I’ve read. Like I said before, it’s magical, intense, emotional and full of meaning and beauty. It’s a definite must read!!

Anna Karenina is an amazing story about Russia and life in general. It has a lot happening and it’s extremely compelling and fast-paced. It’s a beautiful book about family relationships in a way I’ve never seen before.

By Your Side was an amazing warm-hearted book to which I related a lot! I loved the romance in it with all my heart, I saw myself in the main character a lot and it was just what I needed at the moment and I couldn’t stop reading it!

What were your favorite reads of April? Have you read any of the books  I mentioned? Let’s discuss in the comments below!Captura de ecrã 2017-07-25, às 11.39.38.png

May TBR

I was really trying to make it lighter but I’m not sure I fully succeeded? I did put three light books and one re-read (Narnia) but I couldn’t step away from fantasy yet. Mentally, they are not the best for me right now, but I’m really excited for some of this so…

The books I want to try to read in May are:

What’s on your TBR for this month? Are you excited for any of these or have you read any of them before? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
