Hey guys!! How has your month been?

This month was pretty good for me! I managed to read pretty much all I wanted and a lot more than last month. Also, I’m almost ending the Harry Potter series for the first time, which makes me excited although slightly sad. I believe I will for sure re-read it many times!

I’ve read 12 books and started one more that I intend to end next month!

Check out what I’ve read this month:

Owlcrate September 2018 Unboxing

23092018-IMG_8276.jpg

Hey guys! Time for another Owlcrate unboxing!!

September’s box theme is Masters of Disguise and it’s one I couldn’t pass out on buying!

Owlcrate is an amazing YA bookish subscription box that I would highly recommend getting. Plus, if you live in Europe like me, it still arrives incredibly fast and somehow  (for me) it doesn’t get more expensive than any other box coming from Europe – although obviously, it changes from country to country…

The main reason I got this box has to be because of the Harry Potter mug designed by Cara Kozik! She designed one previously that was amazing but I couldn’t get it, so I needed this one!

If you wanna check out what this box included, just keep reading! I will show photos of all the items, information on them and some of my thoughts!

Her show is a modern adaptation of Anna Karenina—written by Tash’s literary love Count Lev Nikolayevich “Leo” Tolstoy. Tash is a fan of the forty thousand new subscribers, their gushing tweets, and flashy Tumblr GIFs. Not so much the pressure to deliver the best web series ever.

And when Unhappy Families is nominated for a Golden Tuba award, Tash’s cyber-flirtation with Thom Causer, a fellow award nominee, suddenly has the potential to become something IRL—if she can figure out how to tell said crush that she’s romantic asexual.

Tash wants to enjoy her newfound fame, but will she lose her friends in her rise to the top? What would Tolstoy do?

A hard-hitting and hopeful story about the dangers of blind faith—and the power of having faith in yourself. Finalist for the Morris Award.

The Kevinian cult has taken everything from seventeen-year-old Minnow: twelve years of her life, her family, her ability to trust. And when she rebelled, they took away her hands, too.

Now their Prophet has been murdered and their camp set aflame, and it’s clear that Minnow knows something—but she’s not talking. As she languishes in juvenile detention, she struggles to un-learn everything she has been taught to believe, adjusting to a life behind bars and recounting the events that led up to her incarceration. But when an FBI detective approaches her about making a deal, Minnow sees she can have the freedom she always dreamed of—if she’s willing to part with the terrible secrets of her past.

Gorgeously written, breathlessly page-turning and sprinkled with moments of unexpected humor, this harrowing debut is perfect for readers of Emily Murdoch’s If You Find Me and Nova Ren Suma’s The Walls Around Us , as well as for fans of Orange is the New Black.

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June 2010 out of a love of lists. It recently changed to That Artsy Reader Girl and that’s where you can find the topics for each Tuesday.

This week’s topic is:

Hidden Gems (which books haven’t been talked about as much or haven’t been marketed as strongly, that you think deserve some recognition?)

I haven’t done one of these in a while, but one I say the title for this one, I knew I had to find some time to do it!

I’ve been reading some books I really think are worth sharing and I managed to talk about 5 of them! I hope you guys have read or get to read some of them!

What are some of your hidden gems?
