When Dumbledore arrives at Privet Drive one summer night to collect Harry Potter, his wand hand is blackened and shrivelled, but he does not reveal why. Secrets and suspicion are spreading through the wizarding world, and Hogwarts itself is not safe. Harry is convinced that Malfoy bears the Dark Mark: there is a Death Eater amongst them. Harry will need powerful magic and true friends as he explores Voldemort’s darkest secrets, and Dumbledore prepares him to face his destiny …

One of the things I most loved here was to learn Voldemort’s story. It was amazing to know more about him as a kid, and how he ended up how he is now. He is such a dark person, and I kinda always take interest to know more about those and to be honest, I was really happy how his story went.

Another amazing part was Harry and Ginny! I’m a huge fan of them together and this book had such perfect moments of those two! Ginny is incredibly adorable and a very strong hearted character and I love how much she grew up in this book! She is always so friendly and sensible… Then again, how is it possible not to love all the Weasley family, right?!

I also really enjoyed seeing more of Dumbledore in this book. He is always friendly and he always has a smile that nothing wavers and a nice word for those in need. So, I really enjoyed seeing more of him with Harry! He is such an amazing character! I can’t even…

And then obviously I loved to see more of the darker kind of wizards. This is getting so dark and I just love how much it changed and evolved from the first books that were a lot cuter.

This book had the hardest end so far and although I was expecting it, I couldn’t help but feel sad and stricken by it… Hogwarts is one of the best, most vivid things ever and it has a huge place in my heart, which is broken after this book.
